When paying me through paypal.me - It helps if you don't check the "paying for goods and services" box 

 

 

ATTENTION! I will not draw characters that fit the following categories: Any outfit design that belongs to another character/persona on another character (Similarities are fine I just won't draw someone in say, Kiritos outfit), Extremely vulgar material (revealing clothing/boobs are ok but nothing more), Gore, Mechas/Robots, extremely buff, manly, or old characters.

By commissioning me you are agreeing to adheir to the following terms below: 

 

Paid Service:

   I offer these commissions as a paid service. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to pay the discussed amount in full by the end of the commission or sessions. I hold every right to decline a commission and am not obligated to state my reason (though generally will as a courtesy)  There will be no refunds accepted at this point in time. 

 

Tips and Donations:

   Though I offer base prices for my work, I still do believe in gratitude and the ability to donate of your own free will by giving small monetary tips alongside the payments for my service. You as the client are not obligated to give a tip, it is just a cool way to say thank you to me aside from just fee payments.

 

Attribution and Credit:

   I offer these commissions under the context that you as the client will attribute me as the Artist, Illustrator, or any other Synonymous term in the description or information. Please provide a link to my profile such as my twitter (@brninlikevernon). You do not have to do any further publicizing unless you desire to. 

 

Professionalism Reminder:

    I again remind you that I am not a professional Artist, but a self-taught and experienced amateur. Thus, I will not accept commissions from large organizations, businesses, or companies. 

 

Payment:

    I only accept United States Dollar (USD). Payment must be made (full price of discussed cost) before I start the commission. Do NOT pay until I accept your commission. Once I have your info and accept, I will send an invoice unless you happen to prefer PayPal.me. The Invoice sent must be paid within 3 days or I will have to give away your slot. 

 

Deadlines:

   I ask that you do not give me a deadline unless it is absolutely needed; extra payment will be added for deadlines. Commissions with a deadline will be placed on high priority before the general ones. Please give up to 2-5 weeks (depending on the complexity) for it to be completed, as I am a busy student.

 

Check-In:

  You may check in at any time to ask the status of your commission. You may also request a progress shot of the commission.

 

Procedure:

   Art requests should be sent to me through email/twitter/instagram only, with a detailed description of what you would like drawn. Commissions will be requested at least 2 weeks in advance [Time varies largely depending on the size] of due date (if there is one). I will send you two different phases of the art, [Sketch, Base Color] to make sure that you are happy with the product being produced. (though I may also send you more during the process to get your input.]
